Both cottages into one rental, perfect for larger groups of families and friends. Sleeping up to 12 guests, the property borders conservation land and features ample outdoor seating. A privacy fence offers separation if needed. We've even hosted a small wedding!

Hi! We’re Maya, Patrick, and Cindy, a family-run team based here in Chatham. We’ve each lived on Cape Cod and share a deep love for its vibrance, sense of relaxation, and unique spirit.
These cottages have been a special place for us to enjoy time with friends and family over the years. In 2023, we gave them a full renovation: Patrick leading the work as general contractor, Cindy overseeing operations, and Maya bringing the design to life. We’re excited to now share these spaces with guests and hope you love them as much as we do.

Very clean, and super comfortable. Beach was super close. Bike trail was so accommodating in the back yard. Back yard spacious and owners were very accommodating. Would definitely rent again.
The property owners were lovely and responsive. It was a great setup for a multiple families.
We stayed here for 3 nights this July and had a great weekend. We had a group of 10 adults (girls weekend) and all of us had a comfortable place to sleep (5 in each house). The 2 outdoor showers were clutch after days spent at the beach, with 10 people needing to get ready for dinner. We had enough space to hang out and play games in the living room of the Star of the Sea. The outside space was as great. We enjoyed being able to eat outside and hangout in the morning and at night (ample seating, including the picnic table was helpful). We had a hibachi chef come and cook dinner for us outside one night which was awesome and would highly recommend, and we loved late night smores at the fire pit. Cockle cove beach was an easy walk from the house and a very quick drive. The hosts were great and very responsive with our questions and with tips and suggestions for our stay. Definitely would recommend this property!

Perfect location to explore the entire cape. Property was so well stocked, including a welcome basket upon our arrival with a bottle of wine, and all of the information we would need to see the sights during our visit. Patrick was great, and I will definitely be staying here again when i next visit!
Perfect for our needs. It had a great outdoor sitting area and fire pit. We really enjoyed the easy access to the rail trail and walked to some of the local shops. The check in was super easy. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly.
Property and house were great. The right amount of room and excellent, private outdoor space. Met the caretaker at check-in. She was incredibly nice and accommodating. The house was fully stocked with anything we may need, including Crayons for my daughter. Would 100% stay again!
This cottage is adorable, well stocked, and clean with an amazing back yard. The location is so convenient and remarkably quiet. We loved it!
